from the steel plant, and do a good job in the incoming inspection of raw materials.
2.  Consistency of metallographic structure
Through strict heat treatment process, the metallographic structure of each product tends to be consistent.
3.  Dimensional consistency
Through advanced CNC machining, it is strictly ensured that each key dimension is within the tolerance range.
4.  Coaxiality consistency
The coaxiality of the inner hole and the outer diameter of the crimping is very important.
5.  Hardness consistency
The dispersion of hardness directly affects the crimping effect of the product. If the product is too soft, it is easy to crush
the mandrel, and if the product is too hard, the crimping will not be in place.
6.  Consistency of inner hole roughness
The roughness will affect the friction coefficient between the product and the rod.
