1. Remove the dirt on the surface of the power fittings, and then apply a layer of paint evenly to increase the toughness and flexibility on the surface of the power fittings;
2. Apply a layer of epoxy resin on the accessories, and then deposit a layer of glass cloth before the epoxy layer is cured;
3. Coat two layers of epoxy resin on the surface of the accessories where the glass fiber is installed. Once the two layers of epoxy are cured, apply three layers of epoxy and then place two layers of glass cloth before the three layers of epoxy are cured. Then apply four layers of epoxy on the two layers of glass cloth. Continue to coat one or more epoxy resins on the four-layer epoxy coating. Continue to coat one or more layers of epoxy on the second epoxy layer.
The anticorrosive material includes: a layer of flexible material, which is coated layer by layer on the material, a layer of epoxy resin, a layer of glass cloth and two layers of epoxy resin. Three-layer epoxy resin coating is covered layer by layer on two layers of epoxy resin, one layer of two-layer glass fiber cloth and four-layer epoxy resin coating. The anticorrosive power fittings produced by this new method have the advantages of corrosion resistance, good insulation performance, good mechanical load capacity, and good flexibility.
